About ChildEnrichment Academy

ChildEnrichment Academy grew out of a simple classroom observation: kids learn faster and stick with it longer when new ideas arrive inside a story instead of a worksheet. That same philosophy runs through our books and now through live, small-group classes in phonics, language arts, creative writing, math, and science.

Every class is taught live and kept small on purpose, so kids get real back-and-forth with a teacher โ€” not just a screen to watch.

Build vocabulary through comics.

"Vocabulary Crafters" is a comic-based creative writing guide with workbook activities โ€” kids meet new words in context through comics, then practice using them in their own writing.

  • โœ“ Comic panels teach words in context, not flashcards
  • โœ“ Workbook pages turn new vocabulary into real writing practice
  • โœ“ Written by an educator with years in the classroom

Hina Mehrotra

Founder & Educator, ChildEnrichment Academy

Hina is an educator with years of experience teaching young learners, and the author of "Vocabulary Crafters" and the Early Readers Series. Her work is built around one idea: kids build real confidence, creativity, and writing skill when new words and ideas show up inside stories they actually want to follow.

ChildEnrichment Academy's live classes carry that same approach from the page into the (virtual) classroom.

Why kids stick with it here.

The same approach runs through every class and book: make new material feel like a story, not a worksheet.

Story-first learning

Comics and narrative hooks make new concepts stick longer than drills alone.

Small live groups

Every class is small enough for kids to talk, ask, and get corrected in the moment.

Real writing practice

Workbook activities turn passive reading into kids producing their own sentences and stories.

Taught by an educator

Every class and book comes from someone who has taught young learners, not just written for them.

For parents & teachers.

What to expect before you enroll a child or bring a class into your classroom.

Small, live, and scheduled

Classes run live at set times in small groups โ€” never a pre-recorded video dropped in an inbox.

Built around real feedback

Every class leaves room for kids to ask questions and get corrected in the moment, not after the fact.

Classroom-ready materials

Teachers can use "Vocabulary Crafters" and our other books alongside or instead of a standard workbook.

Enroll a child, or just ask a question.

Tell us a bit about your child (or your class), and we'll follow up with schedules, pricing, and the right class fit.
